With 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, my journey started long before I became a trainer. I was a dancer from the age of 6, specialising in commercial dance. While I loved performing, it was until 22 that I discovered my true passion – fitness.
Once known as the “skinny dancer,” – I wanted to redefine myself – not just as someone who looked fit, but as someone who was strong, healthy and passionate about movement. Today, I dedicate my career to helping others achieve their fitness goals, building strong relationships with my clients, and working together as a team to create lasting results.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is training mums. The strength, resilience, and dedication they show – after bringing life into the world and working to rebuild their confidence and strength – continues to inspire me. Helping them feel strong and empowered again is what drives me every day.
Let’s work together to build a healthier, stronger version of you!
Certifications
I have recently completed both my certificate 3 & 4 in fitness and personal training and have been coaching here since late 2025.
I have been around the sporting and fitness industry/community for as long as I can remember, from playing sport to being around gyms/fitness.
I have played multiple sports at various levels my entire life. From grassroots, to representing BBSSSA and NSWCCC finishing 3rd in the state, to travelling overseas for tournaments/competitions and currently playing in the senior womens (under 23/first grade) team at Macarthur Bulls FC in the National Premier League.
My extensive involvement in sport helped spark my passion for fitness, but also gave me valuable experiences/skills that help me in the fitness industry.
Playing representative sport from a young age, I was introduced to strength and conditioning/fitness and gym work and it has been a large part of my life since. Providing me with extensive first-hand knowledge/experiences of fitness programs for athletes, helping spark my interest in the industry.
I like to train all individuals, however due to my background in sport, I like to train young aspiring athletes as I relate to the challenges and experiences they are facing.
