GSD Performance was established in 2019 to challenge the status quo in the fitness industry. We work on every aspect of “fitness” - mindset, movement and nourishment to enhance your ability to Get Sh#t Done and live your best life.

Our aim is to improve the quality of your life, no matter what your start point is with us. We are here to support you on your journey, make it as easy as we can by educating you, offering a range of support, welcoming you into our community, and most importantly, in terms of our customer service, we do what we say we’ll do.

Our Classes

Our group classes were founded under the principles of Functional Body Building (FBB). Across the course of the year we work through training blocks focusing on key outcomes each time. Our boutique classes allow us to customise each session based on your individual fitness and experience level.

Our classes are designed to improve your movement in a functional sense, providing you with a great foundation to increase your strength. We love seeing our members confident in their movements and feeling powerful.

We take a structured approach to improving your fitness with our engine building components - varying both components and full sessions to ensure we challenge your energy systems in different ways.

Smaller class sizes mean you get more time with your coach to work on your technique, enhancing your confidence in the gym.

Personal Training

We have 4 expert coaches on hand with different backgrounds to support you on your journey.

Head Coach Colin has immersed himself in Functional Body Building for a number of years, he loves helping his clients get strong and confident in the gym.

Coach Caz has worked with busy mums and comes to us from an all female gym, she loves passing on her experience as a busy fit mum herself.

Coach Dani V loves empowering and educating her clients across all aspects of their wellbeing. Known for the intensity she brings to her sessions, Coach D will have you pushing your limits.

Coach Luke is one of the strongest humans there is. Specialising in the "big 3" - Bench Press, Squats & Deadlifts. Reach out if you want to see your numbers on the bar go up.
