Semi-Private Training

Strength
Your customised program will incorporate key strength building exercises to ensure you move well, perform well, look and feel great!
We meet you where you are at and use various accessory movements within our programs to help you make progress, whether you need to work around an injury, are first learning a movement or re-learning a movement, we find the most effective exercises for you.
Organised into training blocks, we progressively overload your training as we move through each block. Recording your results each week allows our coaches to evaluate the effectiveness of your programming and adjust it where required to fast track your results.

Conditioning
We incorporate fitness into every semi private training session, varying this up to challenge your different energy systems with a range of training modalities aligned with your goals.
Short efforts, mid range and longer efforts with cross training to incorporate weighted and other movements to improve your aerobic capacity, endurance, overall fitness and mental stamina.
Our “All In” sessions on Friday & Saturday mornings are the perfect addition to your weekly schedule for that extra push – work that little bit harder with your mates in a group setting.

Our goal here is to increase your range of strength and have you moving at your absolute best. We recognise that pain free movement is a huge part of living a great life for the long term, so we ensure we equip you with the tools to live that life for the long term.
Flexibility and mobility is programmed into your session preparation, cool downs and into your inter-session accessory work.
We design your sessions to build you up without burning you out. Progressive in nature with plenty of scaling options to meet you where you are at – walk out feeling better and ready for anything!
Get You Ready The Right Way
Onboarding Packages
All our onboarding package incorporate a number of 1-1 sessions with one of our expert coaches. This helps you refine techniques and build confidence under their expert supervision. These sessions also dive into your nutrition and lifestyle habits, to build a specific all around plan for you to move towards your goals quicker. The number of 1-1 sessions ranges from 2 – 8 and is determined in consultation with your coach.
You can elect to continue in the 1-1 Personal Training system for as long as you like – this affords you additional flexibility to work in times that suit you and is the express path to results. Alternatively, you can join our Semi Private sessions – working with like minded people beside you and our expert coaches overseeing the session with your own tailored program – group energy, PT focus!
